✅ How Does 4D HYPE Fight the Spread of Terrorist Content?          

4D HYPE has zero tolerance for any terrorist content on our platform. When we find terrorist content, we remove it immediately and take appropriate action against the account that posted it.          

We use a range of tools to detect and remove terrorist content and are committed to continuously improving how we find and stop this material.          

Our Terms of Use specifically ban Contributions that:

• Contain Pro-terror material
• Praise, encourage, or call for violence or physical harm
• Promote or support the activities of terrorists or proscribed (banned) terrorist          
  organisations

The following types of Contributions would break our Terms of Use:

• Posting propaganda material created by terrorists or their supporters
• Expressing support for terrorists or banned organisations
• Glorifying terrorist acts
• Trying to recruit others to take part in terrorist activities
• Giving training for terrorism, such as weapons training
• Inviting others to join weapons training

(Note: We also ban any Contributions that attempt, conspire, assist, encourage, or help others to commit or organise terrorist activities.)

❌ Examples of Terrorist Content          

Here are examples of Contributions that are not allowed:

• Asking for support for a banned organisation
• Expressing opinions or beliefs that support a banned organisation
• Arranging meetings that support a banned organisation
• Publishing images showing the uniform of a banned organisation
• Raising money for terrorism
• Being involved in terrorist funding or handling terrorist money
• Helping to hide or move terrorist property
• Collecting information that could be useful to terrorists
• Publishing information about armed forces members or government officials in a way that could be used for harm
• Encouraging terrorism outside the United Kingdom
• Promoting terrorism in any way
• Sharing terrorist publications
• Preparing or planning terrorist acts

✅ How Does 4D HYPE Identify Potential Terrorist Content?          

We use a mix of technology and human review to find potential terrorist content:

• Automated tools including using a Hash-Sharing Database which scan for visual and written Contributions that may break our rules. 
  • Hash matching using a Hash-Sharing Database, we use databases of “hashes” which are unique digital “fingerprints” of already known prohibited content to see if they identify and match hashes generated from Contrubutions on our platform, and this process is completed using hash matching technology.
  • re Artifical Intelligence, 
• Reports from users help us identify content we might miss
• Trusted Flaggers incl. our internal content moderators will also flag content for review
• Dedicated reporting channels allow users, governments, and law enforcement          
  officials to alert us to terrorist content
• Expert organisations we work with help us find and remove Contributions linked to banned terrorist groups

✅ What Happens When 4D HYPE Identifies Terrorist Content?

When we identify terrorist content:

• We remove it immediately
• We take action against the account that posted it
• We create a digital fingerprint (hash) of the terrorist content to prevent it from          
  being shared again
• We may keep copies of the Contributions and user data if needed to comply with the law

What Can 4D HYPE Users Do to Help?          

Our community plays an important role in keeping 4D HYPE safe. If you see Contributions that support terrorism or violence, please report it.

If you see any Contributions that break these rules, you can report them in the following ways:

If you HAVE a 4D Hype account:

1. Click ‘Make Reportʼ on the post
2. Select ‘This is abusive or harassingʼ
3. Then select ‘It threatens violence or physical harmʼ

If you DO NOT have a 4D Hype account:

1. Go to the ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ page
2. Choose ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ from the drop-down menu
3. Under the ‘Policy Violationʼ drop-down menu, select ‘???ʼ
4. Provide as much detail as possible, including links to the violating content.
