4D HYPE does not allow any sexual or suggestive content involving minors. This includes
any behaviour that is inappropriate or predatory. A minor means anyone under 18, or
someone who looks like they might be under 18.

This includes:

• Sharing, offering, or asking for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• CSAM includes indecent images, videos, cartoons, or animations showing a child
  or any body part of a child in a sexual way — even if the child is fully clothed
• It also includes material created by minors themselves (called SGII) that is shared
  with others, even if itʼs to criticise or call it out.
• CSAM can be drawings, computer-made images, or AI-generated pictures — it
  doesnʼt have to be a real photo.
• Some content may not show a child doing anything sexual, but if it presents them
  in a sexual way, thatʼs still not allowed.
• Any content that talks about how to groom or abuse children sexually, or
  encourages others to do so, is also banned.
• Content that links to, advertises, shares, or promotes this type of material in any
  way is not allowed. Depending on the type of content, sexualisation of minors can
  also include pictures or videos of the child even if the child is fully clothed and not
  engaged in sex acts.

❌ Content That Encourages or Suggests Paedophilia Is Not Acceptable

We do not allow Contributions that suggest or try to convince others that paedophilia is a
normal or acceptable sexual orientation. This kind of content is extremely harmful and
strictly banned.

❌ Advertising or Offering Indecent Images of Children

We do not allow Contributions that try to sell, trade, or offer to show indecent images or
fake images (pseudo-photographs) of children. Even if the image is not shown, if it is
clear that the Contribution is trying to share this kind of material, it will be removed.

❌ Hyperlinks Leading to Harmful or Illegal Content

We ban any Contributions that include links (including shortened links) to:

• Websites where CSAM may be found
• Places that show or explain how to create or find this material
• Indecent or banned images of children
• Materials that teach how to groom or sexually abuse children (these are sometimes
  called paedophile manuals)

❌ Use of Generative AI or XR to Create Harmful Content

Contributions that show or explain how to use AI to make indecent or banned images of
children are not allowed. We also ban any encouragement or help in making these types
of images.

We also do not allow Contributions that use virtual or extended reality technologies (like
VR) in any way that supports or commits child sexual abuse.

❌ Breadcrumbing (or Contextual CSEA)

Some people try to share legal images or text that hint at the existence of illegal CSAM.
This is called “breadcrumbing.ˮ It includes:

• Sharing information about victims to help others find illegal content
• Posting images from a known abuse case as a signal to others that they have more
• Using coded language or clues to guide others to CSAM

Breadcrumbing is banned on 4D HYPE.

🚫 More Examples of Predatory Behaviour Towards Minors

We ban all forms of inappropriate or unsafe behaviour involving minors. This includes:

• Sending nude or sexual images or videos to a minor
• Messaging a minor (text or voice) to talk about sex or sexual topics
• Pretending to be a child to engage in sexual roleplay
• Planning to meet a minor in person for sexual reasons
• Engaging in sexual activity where a minor can see or hear it
• Trying to move conversations with minors to other platforms or apps for
  inappropriate reasons

We also prohibit Contributions that may not contain CSAM themselves but still promote or
support such content. This includes:

• Encouraging or attempting to make paedophilia seem socially acceptable.
• Offering or asking to share indecent images or pseudo-photographs of children.
• Sharing or linking to manuals or materials that give advice on how to groom or
  sexually abuse a child.
• Sharing links (including shortened URLs) to CSAM or websites that host it.
• Advertising indecent images or pseudo-photographs of children for sale.
• Providing instructions on how to use AI to create indecent or prohibited images of
  children.
• Using extended reality (like VR/AR to exploit children sexually.
• “Breadcrumbing,ˮ or sharing legal or neutral content that hints at the availability of
  CSAM (e.g. sharing contextual images or personal info of victims to help locate
  abusive material).

We report CSAM to the proper authorities. We also work with other organisations (INSERT
THE ORGANISATIONS HERE + LINKS) and use tools that help detect illegal content
uploaded to our platform.

If you're unsure whether a post or message involving a minor is appropriate, do not share
it. Any form of predatory, grooming, or inappropriate behaviour towards minors is
strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Asking minors to take part in sexual conversations or activities.
• Requesting sexual images or videos from minors.
• Trying to meet with a minor in real life for sexual purposes.
• Roleplaying where an adult pretends to be a child in a sexual context.
• Using 4D HYPE to contact minors for inappropriate interactions on other platforms,
  websites or apps.

We also ban fantasy or fictional content — like stories, edited photos, AI images,
cartoons, or drawings — that show or suggest child sexual abuse, create sexual interest
in children, or make it seem normal. This includes content in virtual reality (VR),
augmented reality (AR), CGI, or deepfakes. (Note: We also ban Contributions that try to
help or encourage others to do any of these things — even if they donʼt actually do it
themselves.)

🚫 Examples of banned content include:

• Sharing sexual images or videos of people without their consent
• Posting or promoting child sexual abuse content (also called CSAM
• Creating or sharing fake sexual images of someone using AI (also called
  deepfakes)
• Sharing or posting sexual images of someone taken without them knowing
  (voyeurism)
• Publication of an indecent photo or fake photo of a child
• Creating or sharing an indecent or banned image of a child using generative AI
• Live streaming sexual abuse or exploitation of children, whether for money or not
• Using threats, pressure, or manipulation to make someone share sexual content
• Trying to arrange sex work or sexual services, including sugar dating or escorting
• Using slang, emojis, or gestures to suggest sexual acts or services

🚨 How to Report a Violation of These Terms 🚨

If you see any Contributions that break these rules, you can report them in the following
ways:

If you HAVE a 4D Hype account:

1. Click ‘Make Reportʼ on the post
2. Select ‘Itʼs a transaction for prohibited goods or servicesʼ

If you DO NOT have a 4D Hype account:

1. Go to the ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ page
2. Choose ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ from the drop-down menu
3. Under the ‘Policy Violationʼ drop-down menu, select ‘Sexual/Suggestive Content
