4D HYPEʼs Policy on Unlawful Immigration and Human Trafficking

4D HYPE does not allow any Contributions that promote, offer, encourage, support, or
assist unlawful immigration. We also prohibit any Contributions that arrange or facilitate
the travel, transport, recruitment, or harbouring of people for the purpose of trafficking
or exploitation.

(Note: We also prohibit Contributions that attempt, plot, encourage, assist, or help others
commit or organise these activities.)

🚫 Examples of Prohibited Contributions

Here are examples of Contributions that are not allowed:

  • Selling counterfeit travel documents (passports, visas, ID papers)
  • Selling crossings or services to help people enter a country illegally
  • Advertising fake job opportunities to recruit people into human trafficking
  • Targeting vulnerable people (adults or children) to recruit them into sex trafficking
    or forced labour
  • Advertising people-smuggling services
  • Sharing guides or tutorials on how to cross borders illegally
  • Using romance or relationships to recruit people into trafficking
  • Offering shelter, money, transport, material possessions, or drugs in exchange for
    exploitation

❌ Why Human Trafficking is Extremely Serious

  • Grievous bodily harm (GBH)
  • Assault
  • Rape
  • Child sexual abuse

Because these issues overlap, we may cross-reference Contributions with rules from
other policies, including:

This helps us get a full picture of the situation when reviewing cases.
