4D HYPEʼs Policy on Impersonating an Individual or Entity

4D HYPE does not allow any Contributions that impersonate individuals or organisations
in a misleading or deceptive way.

This Includes:

  • Creating or using a 4D HYPE account to impersonate another person or
    organisation
  • Using lookalike domains (websites that copy legitimate websites)
  • Creating or sharing deepfakes or other manipulated content designed to mimic,
mislead, or falsely represent another person or group

While we allow satire and parody, we will always look at the context to decide if the
Contribution is misleading or harmful.

➡ Posting Someoneʼs Private or Personal Information

4D HYPE supports freedom of speech, but it is never acceptable to post someoneʼs
private or personal information. This includes:

  • Posting someoneʼs personal details (e.g., home address, phone number, email
  • Sharing links to someone's private information, even if it is on public social media
    pages
  • Posting screenshots of social media pages where names or personal information
    are still visible

4D HYPE prohibits Contributions that:

  • Share personal information
  • Encourage or support vigilantism (taking matters into your own hands to punish
    someone)

✅ Always remember: If you post anything that might show personal details, edit out or
blur any identifiable information before sharing.

➡ Public Figures

Public figures (such as Members of Parliament or CEOs) are usually an exception to
these prohibitions. For example, it is allowed to share professional contact links that help
users reach public officials in their professional capacity.
