Extreme pornography is a term used in UK law to describe several categories of illegal
images.

It generally covers images created mainly for sexual arousal that show extreme or
obscene behaviours. In UK law, possession means having control or custody of the
content, even if you did not create it.

✅ What Does 4D HYPE Prohibit?

4D HYPE does not allow any Contributions that contain extreme pornography. This
includes:

• Realistic depictions of necrophilia (sexual acts with a dead body)
• Realistic depictions of bestiality (sexual acts with animals)
• Acts that threaten a personʼs life
• Acts that could cause serious injury to certain parts of the body
• Rape and assault by penetration

These can appear in:

• Videos
• Livestreams
• Still or animated videos
• Photographs
• Pseudo-photographs (fake images like deepfakes)
• Non-photographic images, such as drawings

We also prohibit fantasy or fictional Contributions that show extreme pornography,
including:

• Stories
• Drawings
• Edited photos
• Deepfakes
• Cartoons
• Manga
• Virtual reality (VR)
• Augmented reality (AR)
• CGI
• AI-generated images

Most of these fall into the category of pseudo-photographs.

Additionally, we ban any Contributions that share hyperlinks or plain-text URLs leading
to extreme pornographic content.

(Note: We also prohibit any Contributions that attempt, assist, encourage, organise, plot,
or help others to commit or promote these activities.)

If you see any Contributions that break these rules, you can report them in the following
ways:

If you HAVE a 4D Hype account:

1. Click ‘Make Reportʼ on the post
2. Select ‘(correct label here)ʼ

If you DO NOT have a 4D Hype account:

1. Go to the ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ page
2. Choose ‘Report Content Policy Violationʼ from the drop-down menu
3. Under the ‘Policy Violationʼ select the appropriate category (to be finalised)
4. Provide as much detail as possible, including links to the violating content
