📝 How to Report Other issues about Facebook and the Online Industry Codes

If you want to report a problem with how 4D HYPE is following the Online Industry Codes, you can fill out a special reporting form. This form is only for people living in Australia.

After you send your report, we will email you with details and a report number. Be sure to save this number in case you need to ask about it later.

We will review your report and let you know the outcome. If you’re not happy with the result, you can reply to the email we've sent you within 30 days to share more information. If you don’t reply in that time, we will consider the issue resolved.

And if we can’t solve the report then we’ll refer your report to the eSafety Commissioner.
